He was born of the name Michael Thomas Flynn. He was born on the 24th of December 1958 in Fort Meade, Maryland, United States. He is 63 years old. He is one of nine children of his parents. He grew up in a busy, but loving Irish Catholic household, with dad Charles Flynn, a former Army sergeant, and mom Helen Flynn stressing the importance of education.
He engaged in an array of athletic activities as a child and teenager, from driveway basketball games to surfing. He also excelled in football at Middletown High School, leading the team to a Division B state championship in 1976. In December 2017, he pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his conversations with the Russian ambassador.
