Paul is well known for playing Australian rules football in the past. In the Australian Football League, the player represented the Hawthorn Football Club (AFL).
Paul Dear Health: What Disease Did Paul Dear Have?
He began playing football in the year 1987, over forty years ago. People throughout the world have shown Paul a lot of respect and love.
When the 1988 and 1989 premierships were back-to-back, Dear was unable to enter the side and was frequently designated as an emergency. He began playing regularly in 1990, participating in 23 games, and his form persisted into 1991.
In the year 2006, Paul Dear was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer, which is a deadly disease. He continued his treatment for a long time to deal with the illness.
He was to get therapy in 25 portions over five weeks (Monday through Friday). Although the side effects were unknown, chronic fatigue was undoubtedly one of them. Diarrhoea or illness were additional potential outcomes. He also had to undergo weekly low-dose Gemcitabine chemotherapy.
He had to travel to the City Hospital every day (45 minutes one way), wait for up to 30 minutes, and then receive treatment for 10 minutes. and, of course, the weekly few hours spent in The Park. Fortunately, he was healthy and had no specific gastrointestinal problems, but the lethargy intensified.

Paul was given the prognosis of incurable pancreatic cancer in 2006. However, after completing several successful chemotherapy cycles, Paul’s tumour was sufficiently decreased to allow for life-saving surgery.
However, he passed away on the 8th of July 2022.
