Nick Nemeroff was a powerful and stylish Montreal comedian who died on June 27, 2022.
He has been on CONAN, Just For Laughs, Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Adelaide Fringe Festival, OddBlock, Winnipeg Comedy Festival, and Comedy Central’s Clusterfest.

His debut comedy album, The Pursuit of Comedy Has Ruined My Life, was nominated for a JUNO Award for 2021 Comedy Album of the Year and is available on Bandcamp, Spotify, iTunes, and anywhere music is sold.
In an obituary, Nemeroff’s family expressed their “deep regret” at his untimely demise.
They said that he grew up in Montreal West and attended Royal West Academy before moving on to Ryerson’s Radio and Television department.
“He leaves behind a huge network of loyal friends scattered around the numerous locations he has lived: Montreal, Toronto, Los Angeles, and Australia,” they stated.
Neither the agency nor Nemeroff’s family provided an explanation for his death.
He was around 34 or 32 years old.
