They’ve never played against each other before. This will be the first meeting between the 25-year-old American and the 13-year-older Spaniard.
Verdasco is a seasoned Wimbledon veteran, having made the main draw every year since qualifying nearly two decades ago except two years ago when the tournament was canceled because of the covid 19.
