Who was James McCartney mother Linda McCartney?

Linda Louise McCartney, often known as Lady McCartney, was an American photographer, singer, animal rights activist, vegetarian recipe book author and campaigner, and businesswoman.

She was the keyboardist in the band Wings, which included her husband, Paul McCartney, a former Beatles member.

His father, Paul McCartney has a younger brother, Peter Michael, and a younger stepsister, Ruth, both of whom were born during his father’s second marriage to Angie. Even though their father was a former Protestant who had become agnostic, Paul and Michael were baptized in their mother’s Catholic religion.

James follows a vegetarian diet with a vegan bent and is an animal rights activist.

James performed at a London event for the David Lynch Foundation, which his father also supports, in November 2012.

“Transcendental Meditation plays a huge role in my life, just like it did for my father and the other Beatles,” McCartney says. I meditate twice a day, every day. I feel that only 30 minutes of Transcendental Meditation restores me as much as many hours of sleep!
