Maureen Arthur was an American film, television, and stage actress who died on June 15, 2022.
Ilene Graff, an actor friend of Arthur’s, confirmed the news on Facebook. “The world seems a little less sparkly without her, but I am so pleased I got to be her friend,” Graff wrote. Her memory will most certainly be a benefit.”
She was well known for her role as secretary Hedy La Rue in Broadway’s How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying and its 1967 film version

In films, she co-starred with Don Knotts in 1969’s The Love God? and Bob Hope in How to Commit Marriage the same year. She starred in The Love Machine, based on Jacqueline Susann’s novel, with John Phillip Law in 1971.
