Bianca Amdreescu was born to Nicu and Maria Andreescu in Mississauga, Ontario.
In 1994, her father accepted a job in Canada and the family emigrated from Romania. Her father works as a mechanical engineer at an automotive company, and her mother had worked at a bank in Romania.
When she was six years old, the family moved back to Romania so her mother could start a business. However, two and a half years, they closed the business and returned to Canada.
There, her mother worked as the chief compliance officer at a financial services company.
