Graham, 55, and Krause, 56, “quietly ended their relationship last year,” according to Graham’s rep, who confirmed the breakup to PEOPLE exclusively.

In 1995, the two actors first met. However, it wasn’t until nearly two decades later, when they co-starred as siblings Adam and Sarah Braverman on Parenthood from 2010 to 2015, that their relationship became romantic.
Despite the fact that Graham and Krause only appeared on a few red carpets together and preferred to keep their relationship private, they both spoke highly of each other during interviews and talk show appearances.
During the conversation, Graham also discussed the beginnings of their relationship.
“For a long time, no one knew about it since we prefer to stay at home, cook, and not go out,” she explained.
“I’ve also been quite protective of it because it’s crucial that you can buy us on the program as brother and sister.”
