McMahon was accused of sexual harassment by a worker at a tanning salon in Boca Raton, Florida, on February 1, 2006.
The accusation looked to be debunked at first because McMahon was in Miami for the 2006 Royal Rumble. It was quickly revealed that the claimed crime had been reported to police on the day of the Rumble, but had really occurred the day before.
