Mark Purslow, a bike racer died on June 1, 2022.
The Isle of Man TT Races issued a statement confirming the tragic news: “We want to express our heartfelt condolences to Mark’s family, loved ones, and friends.
The TT Races will go on but with Mark in mind.”
They went on to say: “Mark competed in the Supersport and Lightweight classes at the Isle of Man TT Races for the second time in 2022.
He was 29.

Purslow has been linked with multiple women in the past however was not married.
When the horrible tragedy occurred, Purslow was on his third lap.
He has advanced from the Manx Grand Prix, where he won the 2015 Lightweight Race on his debut 2015, and he had also participated in the Classic TT, finishing 14th in the 2019 Junior Classic TT.
“Mark grew up in a racing family and was motivated by his father’s passion for the sport. He embodied the spirit of the privateer TT racer, constructing his own machinery with the help of friends and family.
