Madeleine McCann is a Bristish little girl who disappeared fifteen years ago while on vacation with her parent in the resort town of Praia da Luz, Portugal, on May 3, 2007.
Madeleine Beth McCann was born on 12 May 2003, in Leicester, and lived in Rothley Leicestershire with her family.
She would have been 18-year-old this year. The little girl was 3-years-old when she went missing.
According to the police, Madeleine is blonde-haired, with blue-green eyes, a small brown spot on her left calf, and a distinctive dark strip on the iris of her right eye.

Four years into her disappearance, an inquiry titled ‘Operation Grange’, was launched by Scotland Yard on 12 May 12, 2011, to investigate Madeleine’s disappearance.
Operation Grange is estimated to have cost £13 million according to the Metropolitan Police.
In 2020, a man called Christian B was named the main suspect by the German police.
According to the German TelevionChannel SAT.1, the evidence of some phone calls revealed that Christian B was near the resort town of Praia da Luz shortly before Madeleine went missing in her bed.
The German media stated that ‘on-site analysis of phone records showed that Christian B and his cell phone must have been no more than five minutes away from the Ocean Club [apartments] on the night of the disappearance.’ Christian B is currently in prison for raping an elderly woman.
Are they still searching for Madeleine McCann 2020?
After several years of the investigation, which was overseen by the Metropolitan Police, Madeleine McCann has not been found.
According to The Sun, the 11-years-old Madeleine McCann missing case will cease to be investigated this year, but Madeleine’s parent has vowed to keep looking for their daughter even though the official inquiry is over.
However, the case could be re-opened should any significant new information pops up.
