Dave Mallow, a retired American voice actor, was born on October 19, 1948.

Mallow’s father worked as a radio and television broadcaster at Chicago’s WGN for 30 years. Following graduation from Maine South High School, Mallow attended Drake University and received a BFA in theater arts.

His voice acting career has encompassed advertising, film dubbing, looping, narration, audiobooks, radio dramas, and vocal characterization in various video games, toys, and cartoons.

He relocated to Los Angeles in 1984 to pursue this vocation. He enjoyed a fruitful 12-year career as a radio host in New York City and the Midwest of the United States.

For Saban Productions, he provided the voiceovers for the daily intros and a variety of monsters, such as the amusing “Baboo” in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Angemon, Gekkomon, and Uppamon in Digimon: Digital Monsters, among many others.
