Donal Francis Logue, a Canadian actor, was born on February 27, 1966. He has made appearances on Sons of Anarchy, Vikings, Grounded for Life, Copper, and Terriers in addition to playing Detective Harvey Bullock on Fox’s Gotham. In the film The Tao of Steve, he also portrayed Steve. Additionally, he played Lt. (later Captain) Declan Murphy in an ongoing episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit on NBC.
