Ghanaian dancehall musician and record producer Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr, also known as Shatta Wale, demonstrates major gratitude to American singer Beyoncé for featuring him on her latest visual album, “Black is King”.
Beyoncé, on Friday, July 31, released the highly anticipated album visual which is streaming on Disney+ channel worldwide.
Shatta Wale is among the cast but most importantly, he was featured in the first music video off the visual album.
Reacting to the video, which was shot in Ghana and around the world, he thanked Beyoncé for believing in him and granting him a platform to share his black message to the world.
He made this statement through an Instagram post today.
Shatta Wale shared a behind the scene photo with Beyoncé and accompanied with the caption: “Thank you My Queen for believing in my talent and giving me a platform to share my good message to the world …God will forever bless you.”
