Instead of going on his usual massive floating ahead of his concert, hip-hop star Maccasio considers the physical and mental health of his loyal fans and the people of his city.
As a result of this, he organised a health walk ahead of his much-publicised “Zero 2 Hero” album concert today (December 4, 2020).
The “Dagomba Girl” hitmaker gathered hundreds of his loyal fans and the people of Tamale to walk from one suburb to another in lieu of floating.
According to his 69 Entertainment and ZOLA Music label, the health walk is more peaceful and less dangerous than the ‘deafening’ floating. Moreover, the walk was good for the health of Maccasio’s fans.
Lasting three hours, the health walk kicked off at Maccasio’s community, Zola, before going through major routes in Tamale.
It went through some popular places like Dakpema Palace, Victory, Aboabo and Lamashegu before coming to an end at Zola.
The 2019 VGMA nominee brought the health walk to a successful end by performing the title track of the album, “Zero 2 Hero”, to the cheering crowd.
