Rapper Sarkodie makes history at the 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards as he grabs the most talked about category, “Artiste of the Decade”.
Ever since Charterhouse Ghana – the organisers of award scheme – announced the nominees, there have been a lot of tension and friction among music loves in and outside Ghana.
Even though the category definition made it clear that any nominated artiste with a hit single or album in the last 10 years could win, fans still debated and created hundreds of polls to find the likely winner.
