In Ghana and Africa in general, people will do all kinds of things to win the hearts of the masses when they have a political ambition.
Before Ghana 2016 elections, politicians were seen steering banku, fanning fire, braiding hair, playing cards with the youth and preparing soup. These are some iof the tricks African leaders use in winning the hearts of the people.
Well, actor John Dumelo who is a known politician seems to have bought into that strategy as he was spotted at an unusual spot buying banku.
Although it seems to be just one of his normal random pictures, NPP’s Kwame A Plus seem to have a worry over the photo.
According to Kwame, John Dumelo should not fake if he has a political ambition but rather be real in order to win the hearts of Ghanaians. He said it is better to be a real guy rather faking to live like the masses when in actual sense it’s just a move for votes.
He said “When people start getting political ambitions….. Ghana politics, sakawa nkoaa!!! My brother, this trick diɛ Oko Vandapuye spoil am ooo. Just be you. When you are real, people will love you for who you are and will even make you president of Ghana. E no hair braiding, banku turning and chop bar chopping”.
